Welcome to Punk Viewer’s home, where you will learn all that you need to know about the Punk Viewer program and how it can aid in catching cheaters / hackers in online video games that use PunkBuster such as the Call of Duty Series. Best of all, it’s free to download and use! But this does not mean it never cost us anything to make, it did and is still doing so. Right now Punk Viewer is still in the testing stages and needs your help to improve it. So please join our Forums and help us in the development of Punk Viewer by posting suggestions and bugs you find. Feedback is very welcomed here and we like to see a growing interest in the program from game server administrators and gamers themselves. The Forums are also a great place to get help with Punk Viewer or even games, not to mention make new friends and hang out.
Punk Viewer purpose is simple, make it easier for game server administrators to go through their PB screenshots and filter out the hackers from the non-hackers faster. To do this Punk Viewer will take the information from your punk buster log file (pbsvss.htm) and add all logged screenshots of players to its list box. From there the user can view each image in the list box by clicking the buttons for next and back, clicking an item in the list box, or by setting an automatic timer to go down through the screenshots at a certain amount of time. There is also a scanner that can scan the screenshots for cheats, to learn more go to the About page as it will give you full detail on what Punk Viewer is all about and what it can do.
